I ordered 6 personalized surfboard boards for our new pool house all in different colors and stripes. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent and the product ships very quickly. I was even offered a discount. The items are packaged well but 1 out of the 6 arrived scratched in the delivery process by a cardboard staple. I contacted Ellen and received a same day response and replacement. Customer service and appreciation like this is rare of non existent now a days. I would highly recommend headwater studios for whatever gift you are considering because they put people before product.
