How fast can you ship my chart? A product with a simple personalization will ship in 2-3 days.
Proofs for growth charts can be obtained if requested when checking out (leave a note in the "notes to seller" section). YOUR PROOF WILL TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO GENERATE. Your order will be made and shipped within 2-3 business days after you have approved the artwork.
Proofs for personalized ski/surfboard/snowboard name signs are included and will come to your email within 3 days of your order being placed.
How are they made? Handcrafted in New Hampshire from plywood made in North Carolina, every part of our product is USA-made. Our products are printed on the highest grade of CARB-compliant maple plywood. The plywood core is MDF, and while it might have had an image problem in the past, MDF stays flat from year to year, unlike other cores of plywood and solid boards.
The inks used in the printing are low/no-voc inks, called UV curable inks, which are solvent-free. These colors will stand the test of time as they are printed directly onto the wood and will not fade. We do not use toxic polyurethanes as they can "off gas" in your home for up to five years. We care about the green and eco-friendly materials we use to create our products!
How are they personalized? When you order a personalized product, our graphic designer loads your font choice and info into our art program and we print it directly onto your product.

If you request a proof, we will email it within 1-3 business days. You have up to five business days to reply with approval and/or changes. If we do not hear back from you within five days, we will make your order as instructed. Personalized items are non-returnable/refundable.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. You can purchase an international shipping option at checkout. If our website has incorrectly estimated the cost to ship the item to you, we will be in touch to collect or refund the difference. All shipping carriers have been raising rates lately.
How do you ship them? We use USPS Ground Advantage, UPS, or FedEx Ground for our "free economy" shipping.

How do I remove it from the wall? The easiest way to remove your chart from the wall is to use a long, thin knife to cut the adhesive pieces from the back of the chart. Use a razor blade and Gooh Gone to remove any adhesive backing left on your wall.
